Cyperium, the cleverest people ARE clever because the DO realise how little they know.
i spent 3 hours making a puzzle game for MrWhy after several requests and he has totally ignored it.

If you want a language to do something that it can't do, then find a way to make it work. That is what DECLARE LIBRARY was designed for. This way you can create libraries from other languages that can do what you want and be able to use it in QB64. You can't leave all of your eggs in one basket as they say. :)

I like your point of view, Yamatra
If you want something you do not have, it is FUN to try all the other baskets (and eggs!).
But there ARE questions that never will nor can be answered.
You cannot tell these questions from the others unless one of your baskets DOES deliver the eggs.

In our "education" they kept to special tasks they DID know the answers to; leaving us sadly misinformed about "hard" promlems and "how to think".

It's simply not a easy problem to compute, even if it to our multibillion cell brain seems like a very easy task to solve in real life (and even in imagination).

Yes, Cyperium, you have got it exactly
The multibillion cell brain VERSUS the SIMPLE problem
Next x= 4x(1-x) is the now-classic example.
It was known for thousands of years yet only BELIEVED when computers came along.
It gives a series "too complicated for a mere formula"
The only way to find the nth term is to do all those nextx calcs!

It is a great sig.  There is no reason to change it!
It encourages those who like thinking

well, i'd like to say i can't remember/recover my qb64 profile password, so i guess my sig will remain permanently as such.
