Michael found a way to put an icon into a QB64 file

The biggest hurdle was finding out which QBX.CPP file to use. Since only QB64 and you know how that is determined might you look into this, please?

This will make QB64 even better for everybody!

Galleon:
Making a change to qbx.cpp before QB64 is launched. Any other copy of qbx.cpp (such as qbx2.cpp) is a temporary file generated from qbx.cpp when QB64 is launched.

I'll follow up on the icon possibilities later.
